How Wellness Plus Movement collects and protects personal and health-related information.
Account details (name, contact, contestant number, location chapter), weigh-in records (kg, timestamps), optional workout video links, social handles you choose to link, and content you post in the community feed.
To run the challenge fairly: open/close weigh-in windows, record weekly criteria, support admin review and DQ decisions, and operate the community network.
Contestants see only their own challenge data. Wellness Plus administrators see contestant records needed to operate the programme. Public community posts are visible to other members as you choose.
We do not sell personal or health data. Technology partner Apexa Alliance hosts and maintains the platform under contract; access is limited to operating the service.
Passwords are hashed. Sessions are protected. Admin actions (including DQ) are audited. Report suspected account misuse immediately.
Update your profile and linked socials from Settings. Request data export or deletion via Wellness Plus administrators.
